Sharon Regan, North West Director

Sharon Delene Regan, J.D., M.R.E., is an experienced civil litigation attorney in sole practice in Pensacola, Florida. After being graduated with dual Bachelor Degrees in English Composition and History from Indiana University, she obtained a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, along with a specialty MBA in Real Estate Finance & Development. Sharon has been an active member of the Florida Bar, Real Property, Business, and Appellate sections, practicing in state and federal courts in the area of civil litigation & appeals, commercial, construction and real Pensacola & Santa Rosa County, FL property development.

Sharon Regan served on a number of community nonprofits and advisory boards including Crimestoppers, Pensacola Arts Council, Chamber of Commerce Attorney-Realtor liaison committee, and as a member of downtown Rotary for many years. She was also a speaker for Junior Achievement. She is a longtime member of Pensacola Yacht Club, and Pensacola Heritage Foundation, and a 1996 LEAP graduate (Leadership Pensacola). As adjunct professor, Sharon taught Real Property Law at University of West Florida Business School and Pensacola State College paralegal and pre-law programs.

Longtime “ditto-head,” Regan volunteered in numerous political programs including the 2016 campaign of President Trump, as the legal election liaison in Santa Rosa County. In 2021, she co-founded a Republican club called the Gulf Coast Patriots. As Precinct Committeewoman, Sharon became an “all locations” poll watcher and trouble shooter to observe compliance in the elections office and the county canvassing board. In 2022, Regan was elected county GOP Chair while continuing to serve as legal liaison for the Trump campaign. In 2024, Sharon Regan was chosen to serve as an alternate delegate to the National Republican Convention in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Sharon also serves as Regional Director of the Republican Liberty Caucus of Florida, where she oversees the Florida panhandle region with a seat on the State Board. Re-elected in 2024, Sharon continues to serve as the Chair of the Santa Rosa County Republican Executive Committee, and was elected to Chair the First Congressional District in 2025. In this capacity, Sharon represents the panhandle on the Executive Board of the Republican Party of Florida.

Sharon Regan was born and raised in a large Indiana family, and has close relatives in nearby Panama City, Bay County, Florida. Sharon Regan attends the Basilica of St. Michael the Archangel in Pensacola, Florida, and serves on the Board of the Pensacola Governmental Prayer Breakfast that will proudly celebrate its 30th annual prayer breakfast on January 31, 2026!
